Established in 1984, the Schools offers an early childhood education experience from 6 weeks through 12 years of age across three locations in Southern New Jersey, all approximately 10 miles from Philadelphia. In 1984, the first School was founded to provide top-quality care for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Since its opening, the Schools have grown to three locations in South New Jersey. The Schools leverage a comprehensive curriculum that includes Ready Reader, Modern Plaid Phonics, Thematic, Whole Language Approach, and Center Based Program. 

SchoolWise Partners facilitated the sale of the business and real estate of Project Horizon to a international education organization with a presence in New Jersey.
