Charlie is the co-founder of SchoolWise Partners and leads all facets of the firm’s M&A and capital markets activities, including managing transaction processes, client management, and business development. Since launching in 2018, Charlie has built SchoolWise Partners into a leading advisory firm serving the early education sector, having closed over $500 million in transaction value to date. Prior to founding SchoolWise Partners, Charlie led the strategic and M&A initiatives of Endeavor Schools, a family of 42 private schools across the country. Prior to Endeavor, Charlie transacted over $25 billion of asset-backed securities as an investment banker at Citigroup in New York.

Charlie graduated with honors from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He was born and currently resides in Miami, Florida.
