5 Preschools Sold to Emerging Operator

SchoolWise Partners is pleased to announce the sale of the business of a 5-Unit Portfolio in Minnesota and Illinois. With a 10-plus year track record, the schools are well embedded in the community as one of the leading providers of early childhood education. Based in leased standalone facilities, the schools are equipped with spacious age-appropriate classrooms, kitchen, offices, large outdoor playgrounds with playground equipment, and indoor gyms at some locations.

Established in 2009, the intention from the Seller was to offer a special program to families that wanted a strong academic program. The program grew fast resulting in growing within the West Metro community. The program opened its second location in 2014, its third location in the fall of 2015, and then its fourth location in 2016. The Seller opened its fifth location in the summer of 2018 in a new state.

SchoolWise Partners facilitated the sale of the business of the 5-Unit Portfolio to a private equity firm is emerging as a new buyer / operator in the marketplace.
