Ben is a co-founder of SchoolWise Partners and leads all facets of the group’s M&A and capital raise activities, including managing transaction processes, client management, and business development. Since launching in 2018, Ben has built SchoolWise Partners into the leading brokerage and advisory firm serving clients in the early education sector. Prior to SchoolWise, Ben founded Endeavor Schools, during which time the company grew to amass 42 schools across 11 states, which he sold in 2018. Ben was also a private equity investor and founder of Leon and Mayer, a $250MM private equity fund based in Miami, FL which invested in hospitality and education companies. Ben currently sits on the board of several companies, including Big Blue Marble, a national preschool company.

Ben graduated with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Born in Berkeley Heights, NJ and currently resides in Miami, FL.
